Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) program assists adults with developmental disabilities (age 18+) who want to live more independently.
The SIL program supports individuals who live in their own houses (apartments, subsidized housing, etc.) and can work, volunteer, and engage in daily activities. Additionally, with Zeal Home Care you receive assistance based on their requirements, such as assistance with budgeting, grocery shopping, connecting with services like career resources and recreational opportunities, scheduling legal and medical appointments, etc.
Finding NDIS short housing, whether for yourself or a loved one, can be a very stressful process because there are so many possibilities available to you. Sorting through all of these options on your own can be overwhelming.
For you or your loved ones, Zeal Home Care simplifies the procedure. Ensuring that you have a place to go that is safe and where your requirements are not only satisfied but also that you receive the greatest standard of individualized care.
We adhere to three fundamental principles to assist you and/or your loved ones in raising their quality of life: accessibility, respect, and dignity.
Some NDIS participants may use a core support money called MTA funding to pay for the housing mentioned under Medium Term Accommodation (MTA). Housing that accepts MTA financing is typically available for up to 90 days and only covers the cost of the housing, not the cost of any support.
